Clinic Protocol

A systematic and scientifically formulated protocol is followed for every new patient who walks in. This regime is designed so as to delivery the best dental services to all our patients. The principle steps followed include :

STEP I – before the first consultation with the dentist the patient is asked to fill in a specially designed personal and general information card for record maintenance so that we can communicate in a better manner.

STEP II – time is spent for a detailed history taking session, where patient provides all the important relevant information.

STEP III   – detailed clinical checkup with documentation of all observations.

STEP IV – patient is referred for additional investigations like x-rays, OPG, and other test if required.

STEP V(optional) – the team of consultants and doctor in charge hold a special session along with the patient where the complete treatment is planned and explained to the patient.

STEP VI – an additional session with our clinic financial advisor is planned in case of claims and reimbursement.

For all our treatment we are following international norms of sterilization and treatment.
